Italian Breadcrumb Meatballs Ingredients
- 2 lb. of Ground Beef
- 4 oz. – 6 0z. Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Ground Bay Leaves
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Finely Chopped Onion
- 1/2 tbsp. Minced Garlic
Creamy Honey Balsamic Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Finely Chopped Onion
- 1/2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Ground Bay Leaves
- 10 Cardamom Pods (crack open)
- 1 tsp. Ginger
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
Instructions:
Italian Breadcrumb Meatball Instructions
- Place your ground beef in a bowl with all of your Italian Breadcrumb Meatball Ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly, kneading all your ingredients all together until they are evenly spread through out the mixture.
- Grab you small amounts of the meatball mixture and roll your meatballs into 1.5-2 inch balls.
- Add oil to a pan, and heat it to medium heat.
- Once hot, add your meatballs.
- Brown Your Meatballs on all sides (at least front and back).
- Once the meatball are browned, place them in a baking pan (Dutch oven preferred).
Creamy Honey Balsamic Sauce Instructions (cook concurrently to save time)
- Add coconut oil to a small sauce pan.
- Add garlic and onions, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the rest of your dry ingredients, stir and let cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Add coconut aminos, continually stir and let cook for 4 minutes.
- Add balsamic vinegar, continually stir and let cook 4 more minutes.
- Add honey, continually stir and cook 2 minutes.
- Add cream cheese, continually stir until cream cheese is fully melted and mixed in.
Baking Instructions
- Evenly pour sauce over meatballs.
- Cover with parmesan cheese.
- Cover pan.
- Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees, or until cheese melted.
