This is the best homemade hamburger helper using all natural ingredients. No more boxed powders, this is real food! It Is so delicious and easy to make. It goes great on anything and it is a staple in my home.


  • 2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1.5 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. Salt
  • 12 oz. Bag Of Peas and Carrots


  1. On the stove top, oil a pan and start browning your ground beef,
  2. On top of the browning meat, add salt and pepper.
  3. Once one side has browned, flip you ground beef over.
  4. Add your diced onion and garlic.
  5. Once the other side has browned, with a spatula chop your meat into smaller chunks in the frying pan
  6. Once meat is cooked, add your cream cheese and mix in.
  7. Then, add your cream cheese and mix in.
  8. Then, add your parmesan cheese and mix in.
  9. Add you thawed frozen peas and carrots and mix in.
  10. Let mixture simmer together.
  11. Remove from heat and add to pasta, rice, or bread.
