Today on the menu, garlic sweet potato fries and how I air fry these five minutes
0:08
Start by cutting off the ends of your potatoes and then peeling them
0:13
Now we're going to cut these into fries. I like to use a chestnut and keep my fingers far away from the blade by slapping down
0:22
In a large bowl, add your sweet potatoes and then coat them with olive oil
0:28
Then we're going to add some garlic. Some Italian seasoning, and some salt
0:37
Then mix them up. If you have the time, leave them in the fridge to dry out, but we're going to get right into it
0:45
Place your fries on a baking pan, preferably wore with a rack
0:49
Then start baking these in the oven at 350 degrees. And while your rack, or multiple racks, are baking, you can start air frying some
0:57
And if you're like me, you're going to eat these long before. to keep these long before anyone else gets a chance to see them
1:02
Air fry these for 11 minutes at 370 degrees And we going to repeat this process one or two more times giving our other fries a chance to bake an oven for 30 minutes I love these fries but man
1:15
these baskets are small. But here's the time we get to speed things up. Add your fries from the
1:21
oven to the air friar and set it for five minutes. We are now able to cook two baskets in the time
1:30
of one. And now rinse or repeat until all your fries are done. To finish them off, add some salt
1:38
some Italian seasoning, and some garlic. Well, that didn't work. Don't mind me. Give them a final mix
1:49
and we almost forgot a sauce. Add a scoop of mayo and then some honey mustard. You've got to try
1:56
simply supreme. Link in the description below. Give this a quick mix and then we're ready to go
